Live Lizard Sales - FAQ'S

Health Guarantee

  • All lizards are guaranteed to be healthy and free from visible signs of illness or injury at the time of sale.
  • Every lizard comes with a 3-Month Health Guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • If a health issue arises that results in your pet passing away within this period of time, we will provide a replacement lizard of equal value or a full refund, provided proper care and housing have been maintained and where evidence of this can be provided at our request (if in your care at the time of their passing).

Care and Environment

  • The buyer is responsible for providing appropriate housing, heating, lighting, humidity, and diet to ensure the lizard’s ongoing health.
  • Neglect, improper care, or injury after purchase will void the health guarantee.
  • We are happy to provide care advice or guidance upon request.

Feeding and Nutrition

  • All lizards are raised on a varied diet that includes calcium dusted crickets, woodies, Dubia roaches and collard greens (for the Bearded Dragons) prior to sale.
  • Buyers should maintain a similar, balanced diet for continued health. We are happy to provide care advice of guidance upon request.

Payments and Deposits

  • A lizard will not be considered sold or placed on hold unless you have paid the required deposit in full.
  • If you would like to place a deposit down for a lizard you are wishing to purchase, please share your requirements with us via the contact us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with our banking information.
  • Full payment/the remaining monies owed for the lizard must be made prior to pick up or freight.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Pickup

  • Pick up is available from 9 Thomas St, LAKE ILLAWARRA NSW 2528.
  • Freight is charged at the rate of $150.00 per each 5 x lizards (subject to the sizes & ages) and is at the buyer’s risk and expense; however, every effort will of course be made to ensure the animal’s safety during transit.
  • We do our best to accommodate everyone's schedules in terms of freight dates/times; however, as it is a 4.5-hour round trip to Sydney Airport for us, we therefore typically limit our freight runs to once per month. Our upcoming freight runs can be found on the following webpage:
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services or extreme weather.

Photos and Representation

  • The lizards shown on the product listings are for reference only and may not be the exact animal available for adoption or purchase.
  • Each lizard is unique in colour, pattern, and temperament, but all are raised with the same high standards of care.
  • If you would like a photo of a specific lizard you are after, please share your requirements with us via the contact us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will only be accepted under circumstances covered by the health guarantee (this is also in reference to any deposits we receive).

Customer Responsibility

  • By completing a purchase or adoption, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that they are prepared to provide proper care for their new lizard.
