Warranty

Limited Warranty applies to a physical item, and only for a physical item, purchased from Legacy Lizards AU. Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Legacy Lizards AU will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of an item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period.

The warranty period is 364 days from the date of purchase. A replacement item or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item or 364 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Legacy Lizards AU will either replace or repair the item at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

If your warranty claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the item to be repaired/replaced. You must take care to ensure that the item is packaged so that it will not be further damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we have the right to refuse the warranty claim.

An item that is sent back to us without first discussing a warranty claim will not be accepted.
