Refund Policy

Legacy Lizards AU may accept returns (for a partial/full refund) for legitimate reasons such as:

- Item is damaged upon delivery
- Item is not as described in accordance with the purchase/order upon delivery
- Item becomes defective within 12 months; see 'Limited Warranty' for further information

IMPORTANT: To seek a partial/full refund under the first two reasons listed above, you must notify us within 48hrs of the item being delivered.

Legacy Lizards AU does not accept returns or cancellations (for a partial/full refund) for reasons such as:

- Change of mind
- The wrong item was ordered
- The item was sold or stolen
- The item is considered damaged or defective but it has been more than 48hrs since the item was delivered

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the item. You must take care to ensure that the item is packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we will not issue a refund.

An item that is sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
